Hi! My name is Abby and I'm the owner of Star Girl Wax in Mcallen TX. I'm an experienced waxer and have been licensed for 10 years. I opened Star Girl Wax with a heartfelt intent to create a welcoming & comfortable space for women of all shape, size and color. Body and intimate waxing can often feel intimidating and it's been my goal to change that stigma. With my years of experience, I've built a loyal and trusting clientele by placing comfort and safety above all else. Star Girl Wax was built for me, to service you. And like I tell my all clients, our appointments are just chatting and waxing! I hope to see you in my wax suite soon!
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW Policy: A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and is forfiet in the event of any cancellation or no-showing by the guest. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible via instagram message. Client is welcome to rebook another appointment with a *new deposit LATE ARRIVAL Policy: Guests have a 10 minute grace period. Clients arriving 10 minutes past their appointment time is a "late arrival" and results in loss of deposit. Clients are welcome to rebook another appointment with a *new deposit. Your appointment is reserved for you and not available to any other guests. Please arrive to your appointment on time and thank you for your consideration of these policies.
